Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AutoRankFlow collects, why, and the control you have over it.

What we collect

Account data: your email address and authentication identifiers. Site connection data: the URL of each site you connect and scoped publishing credentials (WordPress Application Passwords), stored on our servers and used only to publish on your behalf. Business profile data: the niche, description, targeting and preferences detected or provided during onboarding. Usage data: publishing history, plan status and basic analytics.

What we never do

We never ask for your WordPress admin password, never sell your data, and never publish anything to a site that is paused, disconnected or cancelled.

Third-party processors

We use Supabase (database & auth), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and AI providers (for content generation). Each processes only the data needed to provide its service, under its own privacy terms.

Your controls

You can disconnect a site at any time (publishing stops immediately), request a copy of your data, or request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@autorankflow.com.

Retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active. On deletion requests we remove personal data within 30 days, except what we must retain for legal or accounting purposes (e.g., invoices).
