Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AutoRankFlow ("the Service"), an automated SEO content platform that researches, writes, publishes and indexes content on websites you own or are authorized to manage. By creating an account or starting a trial, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AutoRankFlow generates articles and service pages with AI, publishes them to your connected website (with your authorization), and submits them for indexing. You connect your site with a scoped credential (WordPress Application Password or plugin) — we never ask for your admin password.

2. Your responsibilities

You confirm you own or are authorized to publish to each site you connect. You are responsible for reviewing content before it goes live when using review mode, and for the accuracy of your business information. You may not use the Service to generate unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.

3. Trial, billing and cancellation

Trials start at $1 for 3 days and convert to the paid plan you selected unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime with one click from your dashboard or by emailing support. When you cancel, all publishing stops immediately (our kill switch) and no further charges occur. Content already published on your site remains yours.

4. Content ownership

Articles we generate for you are yours. You may edit, keep or delete them at any time, including after cancellation.

5. No guaranteed rankings

Search engines and AI assistants decide what to rank, cite and recommend. We do not guarantee specific positions, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes, and no one can legitimately do so. We do guarantee delivery: if we don't publish the pieces included in your plan during your first month, the next month is free.

6. Acceptable use & quality standards

The Service is built for sustainable, quality-first SEO: limited daily publishing per site, review options, and anti-spam safeguards. We may suspend accounts that use the Service for spam, scaled low-value content, or abuse.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoRankFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including changes in search engine rankings or algorithm updates.
